Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Any return that is not the result of a shipping error on our behalf will be charged a fee of no less than 15% or $2.95 whichever is greater. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note the original cost of shipping as well as return shipping to us will not be returned.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will not be held responsible for misuse or damage from improper use. Please ensure you are responsible with your models. If damage upon arrival appears to be due to the molders handling we may not accept a return. If a return is granted, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping; we will also not be able to refund the original cost of shipping if deemed to be customer damage.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like consumables; this includes but is not limited to, model paints, glues, paint thinner, paint stripper, pigments, putty and other similar supplies. We also cannot accept returns for used items or sale items. Please also note the original cost of shipping is non refundable, nor will Fusion Scale Hobbies be responsible for return sipping. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cancelations
We do not accept order cancelations at any time.
